SWED-MARK A/S collects the following personal data
Customers and suppliers
- Name, address, phone number, mobile number, e-mail address, customer/supplier number, CVR number, contact information, order history, information and terms of payment.
Employees
- Non-sensitive information before, under, and after employment including contractual obligations in connection with terms of employment.
- We only collect sensitive data if necessary.
Purpose
Swed-Mark A/S only collects personal information, which is necessary in the handling of customers, vendors and employees. For example in connection with:
- Normal communication with customers and suppliers
- Purchases, sales, services etc.
- Contact information for sending invoices, newsletters etc.
- Compliance with legal requirements
- Legal and contractual information regarding employees
Deleting Personal Information
Swed-Mark A/S will delete your personal information, when there is no further legal obligation to keep them, or when there no longer is a purpose for storing the information.
Sharing Personal Information
Swed-Mark A/S will not share personal information with anyone outside outside the company.
Swed-Mark A/S use data controllers for backup and handling of data. These data controllers only handle information on behalf of Swed-Mark A/S and they are not allowed to use the data for own purposes. Contracts are made with all data controllers, and data controllers are checked continuously to secure compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation.
In certain cases, Swed-Mark A/S may also be obliged to share personal information according to legislation or on the basis of a public authority decision.
If you apply for a job
When applying for a job at Swed-Mark A/S, we will process your application to find out whether Swed-Mark A/S will offer you employment, and for communicating with you during the recruitment process.
Only relevant employees will have access to the application and your personal information.
If Swed-Mark A/S wishes to file applications from candidates, who are not employed, Swed-Mark A/S will obtain consent from the applicant to file the application for max. 6 months (after the date of rejection). All data will be deleted after 6 months.
Security
Swed-Mark A/S has taken all necessary technical and organizational precautions against personal data being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded, misused, handled by unauthorized persons or handled against legal compliance.
Personal information and handling of personal data are only done according to EU General Data Protection Regulation.

If you wish to have your personal data deleted, Swed-Mark A/S will delete them, unless Swed-Mark A/S is legally obliged to store the personal data. - You have the right to withdraw your consent if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, unless Swed-Mark A/S is legally obliged to process the personal data.
- You have the right to receive or have your personal data transferred in a structured, commonly used, and machine readable format (Data Portability).
- You have the right to be informed of any security breaches at Swed-Mark A/S.
- You have the right to complain about the handling of your personal data to Swed-Mark A/S.
- You have the right to complain about the handling of your personal data to Datatilsynet.
Insight, Receipt, and Transfer
If you wish to make use of any of your rights, Swed-Mark A/S has four weeks to update, delete, forward or transfer the information. The request has to be signed by you and has to include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a copy of your passport or driver’s license.
Swed-Mark A/S may reject requests, which are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical action, affect the protection of other people’s personal information, and if the desired action is considered excessively complicated.
